T-6 Texan Lake Vyrnwy – July 2017
We were treated to a number of passes of this new T-6 in the build up to RIAT 2017 in the North Wales low fly system. Great to try out a new spot to film from as well.

We had two unbelievable passes of the Boeing C-17 Globemaster III through the Mach Loop in Wales on July 7th. I’ve seen some sights through here, but this was a special one.
This is the biggest aircraft ever to do the loop, a record that will be hard to beat. This particular aircraft is from Charleston AFB in South Carolina.
The 493rd Fighter Squadron, the Grim Reapers, paid us a visit on the 7th July in the Mach loop with their F-15Cs. These guys really are impressive at low level, and this was the first time I managed to capture them in The Mach Loop.
We were treated to a 6 passes by these Tornado GR4s from RAF Marham on April 21st. Quite rare to see three together in a low level sortie, it was difficult to know which one to pan with!
A graceful pass of an A400M Atlas from RAF Brize Norton through the Bwlch in spring 2017. Lovely seeing these becoming a regular sight in North Wales.

We were visited by the 494th FS from the 48th FW (RAF Lakenheath) on April 10th who treated us to 27 passes in the Mach Loop in Wales. One of the best days we’ve seen.
I decided to separate out each flight of jets into a different video, so that crews and enthusiasts could decipher the action. This flight, CLAW41, was a two ship and did two passes at Bwlch Spur. The jets were 91-0334 and 91-0309 and are here in order of appearance.

I decided to separate out each flight of jets into a different video, so that crews and enthusiasts could decipher the action. This flight, GREMLIN21, was a four ship and did two passes at Bwlch Spur. The jets were 91-0320, 91-0603, 01-2001 and this time were also joined by 01-200(?) and are here in order of appearance. We couldn’t get the serial of the last jet as it was pretty much directly above us!
