Pretty much the last thing you want to see if you’re standing on Cad…
Two 48th Fighter Wing F-15E Strike Eagles exit Bwlch before climbing for the Lichfield corridor back to RAF Lakenheath.
Filmed on 25th July 2013
Two F-15Es from the 48th Fighter Wing at RAF Lakenheath make a trip through the Bwlch pass in the Mach Loop.
This video was shot on 29th May 2013 on a Sony HDR-SR11E.
A little fun at the end of runway 24 at RAF Lakenheath. The variable intake movement is interesting on the last jet.
Shot on 25th April 2013 on a Sony HDR-SR11, edited and stabilised in FCP X.
F15s rattling round the Mach Loop in Wales on 21st and 22nd August 2012. The wind was pretty strong during our visit, hence the slightly shaky camera!
14th December 2011 was a very busy day at RAF Lakenheath in Suffolk, UK. In addition to the 60 or so F-15 movements we also had a Danish AF CL-604, two USAF HH-60s and a USAF KC-135.
Although my brother and I have been visiting Lakenheath for around 20 years this is the first time with my new video camera, a Sony HDR-SR11E so please forgive some of the shaky camera work and the few audio issues. These will be fixed next time!
All footage was shot with the HDR-SR11 and edited with Final Cut X.

This was one of very first low-level videos I uploaded, back in 2010. It just so happens this is my favourite subject to film as well 🙂
