The Belgian Air Force F-16 display is always a treat to watch and film. Here is the practice display from the Thursday shot from the FRIAT Grandstand.

This was a simply stunning display from the F-22 Raptor Demonstration Team from Langley Air Force Base and the 1st Fighter Wing at RIAT 2016.
It was another one of those displays that it was difficult to keep track of in the view finder, but the F-22 surely has to be THE fighter to beat in 21st century air combat scenario. For me nothing comes close.

These two were some of the final arrivals on 6th July 2016 into RAF Fairford. The hush quiet of the KC-135 followed by the eat splitting Marine Corps F-35B.

A fantastic sight seeing the Greek Air Force F-4 Phantoms and F-16s in formation before their break to land. The last F-16 to land is the Zeus Demo Team jet

RIAT 2016 saw the debut of the F-35B demo in the UK, and the US Marine Corp jet did his practice first on the Wednesday before the show. We had both A and B models into Fairford for the 2016 show, and types from the USAF, RAF and Marine Corps – quite a selection.
This demo was very tame compared to where we’re at with recent F-35 flying demos, but it was still awesome to see (and hear) these jets in action for the first time. Check out the haunting engine sounds when the jet is in the hover and the dust and debris this jet kicks up at 5:59.
